1. Shipping Charges
Please note that during Black Friday / sales run by Simply Granola we will not offer a flat rate of R40 shipping for orders over R850 as products are already reduced extensively.
2. When will I get my order?
Despite our orders going out as fast as possible, couriers are overwhelmed by sheer volumes during sale periods such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Festive Sales. As such please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. As always, we're one email away. Please contact us at hello@simplygranola.co.za should you have any questions.
3. I have not received my order - I think something is wrong!
Never fear! Have a look at the automated shipping email we sent when your order was dispatched. Follow the link to see the tracking information of your parcel. If you do not get a sufficient answer over there you can contact the courier company in question - their contact number is listed on our Tracking Page. If you're still stuck - we're here to help! Let us know how far you've come in the process above and how we can be of further assistance.
4. Refunds and returns
No items purchased during a sale period, where a sale period is defined as the application of a discount code supplied by Simply Granola, will be accepted for returns or refunds. Simply tuck in and enjoy!
5. The discount code doesn't include all items
Please note that we reserve the right to exclude certain products from the discount code. All items included in the discount code will automatically be displayed at the discounted rate.
6. I received incorrect items, or not all my items were packed
This totally happens! We're only humans too! Hiiiii, I'm Nicola and I pack your order myself 👋🏼 In the case of incorrect or missing items we will arrange a topup box to be shipped to you and/or the incorrect items to be retrieved. Please pop us an email with your order details + images of the contents of your box received.
